Kayla Flint is a principal with Baker Tilly Digitals consulting practice.

Kayla joined the firm in 2010. Her focus is on helping clients shape and execute enterprise strategies that will improve their organization’s ability to thrive.

Kayla leads Baker Tilly’s Oracle Cloud practice and has led digital transformations for both global and domestic clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 50 organizations. She has extensive experience bringing together global stakeholders to define common objectives, streamline process and standardize on modern platforms. She is passionate about adoption and long-term viability of cloud technologies and the processes they enable.

  • Led Fortune 250 digital media organization through harmonization of global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes to support modernization and increase efficiency. Oversaw program and served as Baker Tilly’s engagement director within the program PMO.
  • Led implementation of global ERP system and processes for an organization coming from more than 70 legacy applications supporting over 160,000 employees. Oversaw the management of functional, technical and change management workstreams through a multiyear phased roll-out
  • Conducted workforce assessment to define new operating model for healthcare provider operations, IT and business teams. Led development of roles, resources responsibilities and tools required to support ongoing maintenance, management and enhancements of cloud ERP technology and process
  • Oversaw assessment of existing cloud technology footprint for major commercial construction firm to bring forth leading practice, opportunities to increase value realization and a plan to execute on opportunities for improvement
  • Provides perspective from more than 10 years of cloud consulting experience in a variety of industries, including higher education, healthcare, professional services, federal government and retail
  • Oversees Baker Tilly Oracle Cloud offerings in the areas of ERP, enterprise performance management (EPM), human capital management (HCM) and supply chain management (SCM)
  • Developed infrastructure and framework for the proprietary Baker Tilly Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and authored first generation tools and templates
  • Facilitates the union of Baker Tilly system and process subject matter expertise to develop unique project approaches based on client needs
  • Published author of articles associated with human capital, data analytics and organizational impacts of COVID-19, a frequent presenter at industry and cloud technology forums
