The Baker Tilly Payment Portal is a new, secure online platform powered by BlackLine, a leading financial operations system that allows you to conveniently view invoices and manage your account in one place, with streamlined options to complete payments.
We are upgrading to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, that enables better visibility into your invoices, payments and account activity.

The Baker Tilly Payment Portal will go live in early June.
Payments can be submitted through the existing payment portals until Thursday, May 28 at 7 p.m. CDT. The ability to make a payment through existing payment portals will be unavailable from May 28 at 7 p.m. CDT through May 31. During this time, any bank-to-bank transactions are still available to all customers.
Beginning in early June, you’ll be redirected to the new Baker Tilly Payment Portal (powered by Blackline) where you’ll make payments going forward.
Only invoices created after 6/1 will be available in the new portal. Closed or fully paid invoices will not be migrated to the new payment platform. If you need access to historical paid invoices prior to 6/1, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
No action is required at this time. We will provide detailed setup instructions and next steps in early June to help you get started.
You will receive additional communications in early June from [email protected] with instructions to set up your account, details on accessing the new portal, payment method information (including ACH and lockbox details, if applicable) and resources to support your transition.
