Andy Campbell, a director in the East Lansing office, joined the firm in 2013. Andy has provided assistance to local governments, utilities and school districts. His experience includes bond issuance, installment purchase agreements, government grant/loan programs, asset management planning, rate studies and tax increment finance.
- Assists local governments, counties, libraries and authorities to obtain financing for projects through issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds
