The current contract closeout backlog is, and will continue to be, a challenge for government contractors and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).  

In coordination with the Professional Services Council (PSC), and with feedback from its members, Baker Tilly’s Noah Leiden drafted “Addressing Contract Closeout Challenges” to identify the basis for the backlog, how industry and DCMA are currently addressing the challenge and potential solutions to further eliminate future challenges.
