Zaid Sultan is a director with Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory practice and is based in Houston.
Zaid has over 18 years of consulting and financial leadership experience, he has worked with some of the world’s largest energy companies, as it related to international anti-corruption standards, large scale FCPA investigations and in his recent role at Baker Tilly – advising companies to go public, whether owned by private equity or private investors. Zaid has lived in Riyadh, KSA and Dubai, UAE, where he was responsible for building the oil/gas/energy clients, both within the region and multinationals, for a Big 4 advisory practice and maintains ties to the region as it relates to the energy industry.
Zaid received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration with a major in accounting and minor in Arabic studies. He received his Master’s in Business Administration from American University’s Kogod School of Business with a focus on global emerging markets/finance.
