Doug Baldessari is a principal with Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, LLC. Doug has more than 22 years of experience with financial studies and municipal advisory services for utility projects. These projects often involve bond financing, financial analysis and determining utility revenue requirements, cost-of-service studies, financial planning associated with capital acquisition. Doug also has significant experience with federal incentive programs such as the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) tax credits where he assists public sector and not-for-profit entities with planning for and attaining enhanced incentives for clean energy projects.
