Troy Sanchez is the director of business development at the Baker Tilly Houston office. Troy leads the business development efforts of Baker Tilly’s Houston office, by focusing efforts within a variety of industries, including real estate and construction. By driving Baker Tilly’s growth strategy in Houston, Troy is responsible for driving both client opportunity growth as well as new business development growth by bringing the cross-section of Baker Tilly’s services to the forefront. He works closely with Baker Tilly’s national sales group as well, bringing the national, and in some cases, the international, bandwidth of the firm to market.
Troy is a recent graduate of Rice University’s CFP® Graduate Certificate Planning Program and has experience in sales, management, and customer service and growth initiatives.
In addition to real estate and construction, Troy works with clients in healthcare, oil & gas and manufacturing industries. Troy also serves on Baker Tilly’s National Supporting Opportunity Advancement and Recognition (SOAR) committee, actively helping the firm improve inclusion and increase the retention of ethnically diverse team members.
