Patricia is an audit principal with Baker Tilly’s audit practice in Houston, Texas. She has more than 15 years of public accounting and financial advisory experience performing audit, review, compilation and CFO consulting engagements. She specializes in mid-market privately held companies working with industries across various sectors including energy services, distribution, manufacturing, healthcare and not-for-profit organizations.
- Managed a book of business of approximately one and a half million dollars and provide assurance services to clients with annual revenues ranging from five to a hundred million dollars; C corporations, S corporations, and limited partnerships in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, distribution and manufacturing companies and not-for-profit organizations.
- Provided sound technical advice to clients in a manner easy to understand regarding significant, complex accounting issues and assisted with the adoption of new accounting guidance.

- Develop and maintain an extensive network of banking, legal and C-suite relationships.
- Functioned as a key point of contact for clients who have commercial activities in Mexico. Deployed to Mexico on a cyclical basis to lead key on the ground meetings and assessments.
