Christine is the managing partner, Wisconsin, as well as the manufacturing and distribution team leader in the Wisconsin market. Christine Dahlhauser leads a group of 140 colleagues throughout the state who focus on helping manufacturing and distribution clients leverage tax savings opportunities, manage accounting compliance and leverage the firm’s resources to improve their businesses.

Christine is also the co-leader of the firm’s family business strategy group, which provides value-added counsel to family enterprises, family portfolio companies and individual family members across the entire continuum of family business growth and transition. 

Christine joined Baker Tilly in 1991 and has in-depth experience advising manufacturing and distribution clients through audits, financial analysis, financial improvement, transactions, business planning and personal consulting services. She is also active in managing regional operations within Baker Tilly, where she oversees finance, human resources, marketing, facility planning and operations. Christine provides leadership, management and strategic direction, and leads regional projects that drive business improvement, growth and profitability.

  • Researches and monitors audit issues unique to manufacturing and distribution clients

  • Reviews financial trends, performance and cash
    flow analyses
  • Assists clients in refining both accounting processes and processes related to inventory handling and distribution activities, including analysis of inventory costing and the development of standard costs
  • Responsible for strategic plan development and implementation, as well as go-to-market planning, to support growth
  • Drives financial reporting and profitability enhancement initiatives
  • Improves programming around the recruitment, retention and professional development of staff
  • Served on Baker Tilly firm-level task forces focused on performance management, expense management,
    system implementations, quality improvement, budgeting and data analytics
  • Served as managing partner of Wisconsin operations; a member of Baker Tilly’s Management Committee; and as a leader of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice
