Business Valued Advisor Fund

Facilitating long-term community development in economically distressed areas

The Business Valued Advisor Fund (BVAF) is a community development entity that facilitates long-term community development in economically distressed areas through the New Markets Tax Credit program and partnerships with local community development organizations and stakeholders.

The BVAF also partners with local community development organizations to provide investment into these entities and subsequently into projects aligned with community interests. By investing in growth of the community-aligned projects and businesses, and providing additional financial advisory services, the BVAF seeks to provide opportunities for sustainable economic growth in the communities it serves.

Fostering sustainable economic growth for underserved communities requires a combination of capacity building and direct financial support.
