Provider Relief Fund compliance and reporting requirements: Understanding and navigating the updated guidance

On Sept. 19, 2020, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a notice related to post-payment reporting requirements for Provider Relief Fund (PRF) general and targeted distribution recipients who received payments of $10,000 or more in the aggregate. The information outlined in the notice is significantly different than what healthcare providers were previously lead to believe, specifically as it relates to definition of lost revenues and the application of PRF distributions to lost revenues.

Listen to Baker Tilly’s informative, on-demand webinar that addresses:

  • A brief overview of the Provider Relief Funds
  • The updated reporting requirements released by HHS
  • Questions/comments related to the updated reporting requirements
  • Actions providers can take now to estimate PRF related revenue recognition
