Derek Boyd, CPA, Director

Derek consults with numerous government contractors to design and build compliant cost accounting and business systems in accordance with FAR, CAS, and DFARS requirements and industry best practices. Derek has supported contractors in both a consultative and internal capacity for over a dozen years, working directly with contractors and their government stakeholders.

Jennifer Flickinger, Principal

Jennifer supports clients of all sizes with their government contract cost accounting, pricing, business systems, and Service Contract Act Compliance. Jennifer’s deep experience also includes forensic accounting, litigation support and expert testimony. She supports clients across many industries including aerospace & defense, IT services, healthcare, insurance, professional services, manufacturing and not-for-profits.

Jack Coviello, CPA, Senior Manager

Jack serves clients on a broad range of cost accounting and compliance issues, specializing in matters related to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, associated agency supplements, and the Cost Accounting Standards. He has worked extensively in indirect cost rate structuring and modeling, measuring cost impacts, and developing and reviewing contractor cost representations. He is also active in contractor business systems, helping clients develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures and internal controls in the accounting, estimating, and purchasing business systems.

 About the Producer

Andrew Graziano, Senior Consultant

Andrew has been with Baker Tilly for over 2 years and has spent that time working with government contractors on a wide variety of compliance matters.  In particular, Andrew has experience with incurred cost proposals, indirect rate modeling, price proposal preparation, cost impact analysis, and commercial sales practice disclosures. In his spare time, he produces and edits this Fed Talks podcast.
