Bill Bressette is a principal focused on government contractor solutions in the risk advisory practice. He has over 20 years of experience in government contracting and corporate compliance including contract analysis and administration, rate development and analysis, development and management of contracts and compliance organizations, corporate policies and procedures, organizational risk management, cost estimating and proposal development. Bill has extensive experience helping contractors with virtually all aspects of GSA Schedule contracting, including feasibility assessments, strategic pricing analysis, proposal preparation, contract administration, compliance and audit support, and he has provided a broad range of services in dispute/litigation related matters to government contractors, commercial companies and their legal counsel.

  • Supports contractors with virtually all aspects of GSA Schedule contracting, including feasibility assessments, strategic pricing analysis, proposal preparation, contract administration, compliance and audit support
  • Advises contractors on implementing GSA Schedule contract administration and compliance program best practices. His more recent projects have included large scale compliance analyses for both products and services contractors, as well as the development and drafting of pricing disclosures in connection with GSA Schedule renewals
  • Authors articles on GSA compliance issues and provides training to contractors on a variety of GSA related subjects
  • Advises clients and works with outside legal counsel while analyzing complex pricing practices relative to GSA disclosures and has lead cross-functional project teams in determining a company’s readiness for pre/post award audit
  • Provides a valuable perspective to corporate clients doing business with the federal government. Assists large DoD clients on major international programs, and has extensive experience with federal sector finance, appropriations, and contracting
  • Provides clients with significant proposal support – both GSA and commercial – and has provided strategy and consulting services to clients across multiple industry segments who are preparing GSA Schedule proposal submissions
  • In his previous industry position, Bill developed compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls; managed two large volume GSA Schedule contracts; supervised all complex proposal pricing efforts; assisted with the restructuring of the accounting system; negotiated all commercial and government contracts, NDA’s, and Teaming agreements; performed internal controls audits and handled DCAA audits
