Thane Hutcheson leads the site selection and location strategy practice and has been with the firm since 2016.
He is a director in Baker Tilly’s real estate advisory team and leads the site selection and location strategy group. Thane assists clients as they are considering options to relocate, expand, and consolidate facilities within the United States.
Thane has experience working in various roles throughout a project lifecycle of a large public private partnerships including supply chain, labor, market, and site analysis and securing federal, state and local discretionary tax credits and incentives.
Before joining Baker Tilly, Thane spent six years working in federal, state and local government.
