Susan has more than 25 years of experience helping companies, both large and small, develop standards, metrics, programs, customer awareness and on-boarding processes. She began her career in sales, professional services and customer advocacy.
Susan was part of the Sage Intacct leadership team for seven years and directed the international roll-out of Sage Intacct in Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa and Canada. By making the product available in four new regions outside of the U.S. in less than 12 months, Sage has enabled customers across five countries to benefit from the award-winning Sage Intacct cloud software, which empowers businesses to improve performance and make finance teams more productive.
As a managing director for Baker Tilly's middle market Sage Intacct digital practice, Susan leads all customer-facing delivery for middle market businesses.
