Susan has over 25 years of experience in financial, forensic and legal matters, including the preparation of financial analyses and reports on an array of bankruptcy, insolvency and forensic issues. She has provided financial advisory services to numerous constituencies, including debtors, creditors’ committees, bondholders, secured creditors and purchasers. Susan has provided services relating to expert testimony on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in multi-billion dollar litigation.

She is also experienced in conducting fraud investigations and examinations and forensic investigations. She provides consulting services in the areas of risk and business intelligence services, fraudulent transfer and preference analysis, distressed business valuation, inter-creditor disputes, determinations of damages and fiduciary duty compliance services. Susan has represented debtors, creditors, and committees in a variety of industries, including real estate/construction, manufacturing and distribution, transportation, energy, telecommunications and retail. She has also served as a mediator in highly complex commercial matters and inter-creditor disputes. Susan is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
