Sam Clark is senior managing director with Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, the wholly-owned private investment banking subsidiary of Baker Tilly.

Sam specializes in providing consulting and advisory services to financial sponsors and stakeholders, management teams and corporate boards. He served as a national practice leader for a multinational independent investment bank and financial services company as well as a management consulting firm specializing in restructurings and other complex turnarounds. Sam also has experience as a regional leader of the valuation and corporate finance practice for one of the world’s largest accounting and advisory firms.
