Sam Clark is senior managing director with Baker Tilly Capital, LLC, the wholly-owned private investment banking subsidiary of Baker Tilly US, LLP, co-leading the distressed mergers and acquisitions and turnaround effort.

Sam specializes in providing consulting and advisory services to financial sponsors and stakeholders, management teams and corporate boards related to healthy and distressed transactions, financial restructuring, turnarounds and opinion-related corporate finance. He served as a national practice leader for a multinational independent investment bank and financial services company as well as a management consulting firm specializing in restructurings and other complex turnarounds. Sam also has experience as a regional leader of the valuation and corporate finance practice for one of the world’s largest accounting and advisory firms.
