Bob has been with the firm since 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in construction project audits and works with owners to improve project controls and strengthen construction contract terms.

- Reviews construction contracts and communicates opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Assists owners with the development of favorable construction contract terms
- Performs construction project controls assessments related to financial and progress monitoring as well as accounting systems and project reporting
- Analyzes construction project costs and identifies opportunities for cost recovery and unnecessary cost avoidance
- Develops construction audit webinars and leads training sessions at various industry organizations
