Paul specializes in business and intangible asset valuation and financial consulting services. He has more than 15 years of professional experience as a valuation and FP&A consultant, during which time he has developed extensive expertise working on complex analyses.

Paul performs valuation and projection modeling services for the following purposes:

  • Strategic business planning and transaction support: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial planning and analysis, stock and debt issuance, etc.
  • Financial reporting: private equity/venture capital financial reporting valuations (ASC 946), purchase price allocations (ASC 805), goodwill impairment analyses (ASC 350), employee stock-based compensation reporting (ASC 718), etc.
