Nicole is a partner with Baker Tilly’s commercial tax practice. She advises global clients with a focus on developing tax strategies consistent with key business growth objectives. More than 20 years’ experience delivering income tax accounting, consulting and compliance services to Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, SEC registrants, privately held corporations and partnerships across a range of industries. Broad based experience functioning as an external auditor in a primary review capacity for publicly traded companies, as well as experience running outsourcing engagements preparing and reviewing income tax provisions and returns, creating income tax provision calculation models and identifying efficiencies and enhancements within the income tax accounting and compliance functions. Deep technical expertise in aspects of quarterly and annual consolidated ASC 740 tax calculations and regulatory filings.
