He is a proven human capital management (HCM) transformation leader with more than 20 years of in-depth experience in multiple industries. His formal education and diverse consulting portfolio, along with his prior work experience as a human resources (HR) professional, enables him to identify and implement HCM business processes and technology solutions that contribute to the goals and objectives of the client.
