Mark Hand is a principal emeritus with Baker Tilly’s forensic, litigation and valuation services practice. He has more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He worked with several large, international firms before starting his own firm in 1998. Throughout his career, he has delivered tax and financial consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses, business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Mark also specializes in business valuation for closely held businesses and holding companies, as well as mergers and acquisitions consulting. He has deep expertise in matrimonial litigation support and forensic accounting, and he frequently teaches and presents to matrimonial attorneys on valuation and forensic accounting topics.
