Kirk Jirak

Kirk Jirak is a partner with Baker Tilly US, LLP. He has more than 10 years of experience focusing on assisting clients with corporate income tax compliance, consulting and income tax provisions (ASC740) in the firm’s federal, state and international tax practices. Kirk emphasizes improving client processes and streamlining tax departments while assisting with implementations and entity reorganizations.

Kirk’s experience also includes 382 studies, E&P studies, property tax compliance and consulting, income and property tax audit defense for clients in live entertainment, retail, manufacturing, technology, and professional employer organizations. He also has significant experience serving a wide variety of financial services clients, including private equity and portfolio company pass-through taxation.
