
Kelly is a director with Baker Tilly’s private wealth international practice. She has more than 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Kelly provided tax services at a UK tax firm specializing in taxation of Americans abroad and started her career in the high-net-worth tax practice at a Big Four firm.

- Mitigates global tax burdens for our clients through exit tax planning, invoking tax treaty benefits and advising on non-U.S. investment holdings such as Passive Foreign Investment Companies (PFIC)
- Collaborates with professionals in our international network who protect and enhance our clients’ value globally
- Consults on inpatriation and expatriation planning, foreign investment planning, foreign pensions and trusts, issues related to nonresident investors, tax treaty planning, foreign tax credit maximization for individuals and close-company shareholders
