Karin Kovacic is managing director of Baker Tilly Capital, LLC and focuses on business development for Baker Tilly’s private equity practice.

Karin has more than 20 years of private equity industry experience. She is a part of both Baker Tilly Capital, LLC and Baker Tilly US, LLC. In her role, Karin helps both teams grow their sponsor coverage and private equity efforts. She works closely with private equity firms and middle market companies on potential deals and add-ons, as well as provides the suite of professional/financial services Baker Tilly offers.

Karin is recognized as a leader within the transactions industry and was recently named the Most Influential Women in mid-market M&A by Mergers & Acquisitions, the essential resource for mid-market M&A analysis, insights and data.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Karin worked with numerous private credit and financial services firms, managing transactions throughout the investment lifecycle
