Josh specializes in implementing leading edge tax technology solutions and practical processes for tax functions to optimizing data, process, technology and people.

Josh has provided tax transformation services for over 15 years and has extensive experience in collaborating with Fortune 500 multinational enterprises. His areas of expertise include implementing self-service data automation tools and analytics, robotics process automation, third-party tax provision software and workflow, tax data management and platform design.

Josh’s tax technical expertise and knowledge of leading software technologies, coupled with his creativity and experience working with large and complex multinational tax departments, allows him to provide a unique perspective on tax function best practices and solutions to his clients.

  • Forecasting global effective tax rates and management of GAAP and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) impacts and in tax reporting design and Implementation, including system implementations and technology enabled solutions with improved control managed processes that optimize the aggregation and enrichment of data to facilitate tax calculations and analytics
  • Experienced in all aspects of ASC 740 reporting including quarterly and annual SEC/US GAAP rules and regulations
  • Experienced in implementing third-party solutions for indirect tax determination based on local country requirements which includes value added tax (VAT) registration numbers setup, TransEditors, reference lists, authority level messaging/configurations, tax code qualifiers, product mappings, custom authorities and business scenarios for testing purposes
