Jeffrey Haynes is a director for the strategic cloud services practice of Baker Tilly. Jeffrey, director with Baker Tilly, joined the firm in 2016. Currently, he specializes in translating an organization’s strategy for their people into actionable plans for their HR technology. He assists clients in modernizing their back office practices to transform their organizations through more efficient and effective processes. With deep experience in higher education, Jeffrey has brought several successful Oracle Cloud projects to fruition in higher education, and serves as the on-going relationship manager for these and other clients. Additionally, Jeffrey is a thought leader on Oracle Cloud in higher education attending and speaking at conferences such as EduCause, National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), College and University Professional Association (CUPA), Oracle Open World, Oracle Modern Business Experience, etc.

With approximately eight years of specific Oracle Cloud experience, Jeffrey was Vice President (VP) – cloud transformation at Oracle, assisting clients with connecting business strategies with technology and serving as a thought leader and advisor to senior practitioners and executives. Prior to Oracle, Jeffrey worked for Mercer HR Consulting in their higher education vertical and was an executive in corporate human resources (HR) environments as well.
