He has extensive experience working with real estate developers and investors to achieve their goals.
- Assists with business tax compliance services related to partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities
- Assists with federal and state tax planning and transaction advisory services for construction companies, real estate developers and investors, including choosing the right entity and overall entity structuring
- Assists clients with transaction structuring in order to convert real estate appreciation from ordinary income to capital gains
- Advises clients on tax implications of troubled debt restructuring
- Reviews tax accounting methods and consultations
- Experience working with high net worth individuals, including personal income tax, gift tax and estate tax planning
