
Erica provides technical consultations to practice office personnel on complex audit and accounting matters, develops and issues guidance to firm personnel regarding assurance services, leads quality control functions related to the assurance practice, and is responsible for the continuing education program content for the assurance practice.
In a prior role, Erica provided assurance and advisory services to a variety of clients, specializing in governmental, not-for-profit, and health care entities. Erica is a recognized leader in the firm for matters related to Government Auditing Standards, Single Audits, and other assurance services.
Erica is a member of the AICPA National Peer Review Committee and is a peer reviewer of firms enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program. She is the former chair of the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center (GAQC) Executive Committee and has served on several of the GAQC Executive Committee task forces, including the GAQC Task Force on Sampling Issues in a Single Audit Environment. In her GAQC role, Erica considered the impact of regulatory developments and technical accounting and auditing issues on all parties affected by governmental audits.
