Deen Rogers joined the firm in 2000 and is a partner with the public sector practice group.

He specializes in serving local governments and utilities. His experience includes financial studies for municipally-owned utilities, not-for-profit corporations, regional water and sewer districts and conservancy districts. He’s also an annexation specialist, which has led to the preparation of more than 100 fiscal plans and serving as an expert witness in annexation trials.
