David is a partner emeritus in Baker Tilly’s tax practice and family business practices. For more than 40 years, his work has combined tax and accounting services with financial and business consulting for private and family-owned companies, their family offices and their high-net-worth owners.
He is experienced in strategic and wealth planning and business consulting, including family structure as well as succession and governance issues.
David also has significant professional experience with structuring merger and acquisition transactions.
