Dave Gette is a tax partner in our transactional tax advisory services tax group, a practice within Baker Tilly’s specialty tax team. As an accomplished professional, Dave has over 30 years of public accounting experience, during which time he gained specialization in the mergers and acquisition (M&A) tax arena.
- Advised private equity funds and public and private companies on the tax consequences of domestic and cross border transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, internal restructurings and other capital-related matters
- Provided sell side assistance to clients, including deal process preparation, tax planning and structuring for potential sale transactions
- Significant experience assisting clients with tax planning, tax compliance and accounting for income taxes
