Atit Shah is partner in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice.

Atit’s primary responsibilities include setting the strategy and vision for the practice in the Dallas, Texas office, developing methodologies, staff development, and overseeing delivery of all risk assurance services.

Atit is a versatile and accomplished leader with a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, business acumen and operations experience. He has demonstrated success enhancing operations through the implementation of key technologies and best practices and identifying future technology paths with long-range benefits. He has consistently experienced success in fast-paced, demanding environments requiring strong leadership and focused decision making.

Prior to joining the firm, Atit has held a variety of roles at other professional services firms, in industry and at private equity firms which include two international accounting and advisory firms, Coalfire (cyber risk services), TPG (tech risk and governance) and United Technologies Corporation (corporate audit).
