Alyssa’s primary disciplines include international tax compliance and consulting, federal and state tax compliance for multinational and multistate corporations and partnerships, and the preparation and review of tax provision calculations and reporting (ASC 740).
- Provides tax consulting and compliance services to closely held entities as well as publicly traded companies, with extensive industry experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors
- Specializes in providing tax services to multinational companies including cross-border (inbound and outbound) transaction consulting, earnings and profits calculations, Subpart F analysis, and withholding tax minimization
