The Cleaning & Trucking Division (the “Division”) of Entegra Energy Solutions, LLC (“Entegra”) provides waste management services and roll-off trucking services primarily to the oil and gas industries across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. By offering oil and natural gas well cleaning and trucking as well as environmental waste management services, the Division provides a one-stop shop solution for its customers. Entegra’s ownership sought to sell the Division as the management team looked to focus its attention on the core construction business.
