Todd has practiced public accounting since 1995. He serves clients in the communication and media, manufacturing consumer products, aerospace, private equity, real estate, agribusiness and food processing, and professional services.
Todd’s experience includes comprehensive tax planning, entity structuring, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, research related to complex taxation issues, consulting for international taxation, nexus and multistate business activities, and income allocation within flow-through tax entity structuring, such as partnerships and S-corporations.
