Tom Martin is a managing director with Baker Tilly. With more than 10 years of economic, community and social impact experience, Tom leads the firm’s community impact team. He chiefly works with economists, analysts and researchers to ensure that projects are properly analyzed using industry-accepted methodologies. Tom has personally overseen the completion of more than 1,200 impact reports across various industries from billion-dollar real estate developments in New York City to small solar farms in rural Indiana. He serves as a strategic impact advisor to real estate developers, healthcare industry professionals, community development advocates, education administrators and public sector officials. He has been invited to speak at various trade organizations both domestic and internationally on various topics related to the impacts of projects within their communities.
