Steve has practiced public accounting since 2000, advising closely held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing, distribution, and forest products industries.
In addition to providing federal and state income tax services to companies operating in multistate and foreign jurisdictions, Steve provides consultation in the areas of business succession and transition planning, entity structure planning, M&A, and a variety of federal and state tax credits and incentives associated with R&D, export activities, and alternative energy projects and resources.
