Stephanie Gensler, a principal with Baker Tilly has been with the firm since 2003. She is a member of the manufacturing and distribution team and specializes in business and individual tax compliance, planning and consulting.
- Regularly engage in identifying tax savings and planning opportunities to both business and individual clients in order to facilitate the management of their tax cash flow
- Reviewing corporate, partnership, and complex high net worth individual federal and state income tax returns, including consolidated and multistate returns
- Managing the tax compliance, planning and consulting for family owned businesses and the individual family members
- Coordinate with firm specialists to assist clients in addressing specific planning and consulting needs
- Computing ASC 740 corporate tax reporting for consolidated and multistate C corporations
- Resolution of IRS and state tax disputes through audit defense and responsiveness to tax notices
