Ryan has been practicing since 2011 and has extensive experience advising private equity (PE) and corporate clients on M&A and divestitures. He specializes in performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including quality-of-earnings and quality-of-revenue analysis, closing accounts and locked-box net working capital analysis, complex financial statement carve-out analysis, and financial modeling.
Ryan has extensive experience analyzing businesses in the health care and technology industries with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion. He has advised PE and corporate clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buyouts, mergers, carve-outs, growth equity investments, and the formation of affiliations and joint ventures.
Ryan serves on the Board of Directors of San Francisco Baseball Academy, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in San Francisco focused on working with the community to build a culture based on a communal love for sports and the lessons they can provide while creating a supportive and fun environment for all.
