Ryan Onushco is a director with Baker Tilly Advantage. He has held various roles during his tenure with Baker Tilly, the past several years of which have been spent focusing on developing our Baker Tilly Advantage practice.
Ryan has significant experience working alongside entrepreneurs, business owners and executives of emerging companies throughout their various stages of growth. He helps in tailoring the proper mix of solutions to meet the needs of clients today and has a knack for anticipating what they will need in the future.
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced back-office support services (accounting, human resources and payroll)
- Analyze, demonstrate and evaluate many of the leading middle market cloud technologies (Sage Intacct, BILL, ADP Workforce Now, Expensify and Yooz, among others)
- Documenting business processes and developing roadmaps to further automate and eliminate manual data processing and entry
- Experience working with clients in a wide array of industries, including but not limited to software and technology, energy, business services, life sciences and healthcare
- Experience aiding international companies who are “in-bound” to the U.S. market establish their U.S. presence and infrastructure
