- Execute financial statement (U.S. GAAP and IFRS) audits of private companies ranging from family-owned to high growth, venture capital and private equity backed spanning a variety of industries (e.g., manufacturing and distribution, consumer products and professional services)
- Assist clients interpret and implement technical accounting pronouncements and navigate complex transactions including business combinations, goodwill impairment, revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, other miscellanies transactions, and the preparation of financial statements and footnote disclosures
- Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Rocco started his career with an international accounting firm. Rocco also worked at a multinational company, which allowed him to see an audit from a client’s perspective
