
Rebecca oversees the firm’s organic growth and client experience strategies. She’s responsible for designing the firm’s commercial growth strategy; overseeing sales, marketing, and brand design and execution; and leading the firm’s efforts to deliver a differentiated client experience that’s uniquely focused on client needs and the emerging issues facing them and their businesses.
Rebecca joined Moss Adams (now Baker Tilly) in 1997 as a management consultant, providing consulting services to wealth management firms across the country. For eight years, she served as CEO of Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, a division of Moss Adams, leading the firm’s integrated delivery of wealth management services. She served multiple terms on the firm’s Executive Committee and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, where she plays a critical role in the firm’s strategic planning and thought leadership.
Rebecca has co-authored two books on business management and is a frequent speaker on a broad range of leadership and management topics. She is a founding advisory board member of the Moss Adams Forum W initiative and is involved in several community organizations. She has been recognized on InvestmentNews’ Women to Watch (2015), Wealth Manager’s 50 Top Women in Wealth (2009–2011), and Accounting Today’s 100 Most Influential People in Accounting (2008) lists.
