
Pushpak (PDP) has been a Global Management Consultant since 2005, leading the full lifecycle of high-priority strategic programs—from sales through execution—across advisory, transformation, and managed services in 12 countries. He has served more than 100 clients across financial services, including asset & wealth management, banking, asset servicing, private equity, and insurance, and has led multi-disciplinary teams of five to 250 professionals across client, firm, and partner ecosystems.
- Spearheaded the mobilization and execution of a 240+ member KYC compliance and AML data operations managed services program to support a top Global Bank in transforming its AML program—modernizing platforms and migrating U.S. customer 360 data to new systems (43 systems in scope, including Oracle, SAS, etc.) while remediating compliance issues. Scaled investigation teams within three months to review a seven-year backlog of high-risk transactions, reporting suspicious activities (e.g., drug trafficking, elder abuse) to U.S. regulators and help the client meet regulatory deadlines
- Led the pursuit and execution of a three-year managed services deal to close data quality issues and perform cash reconciliation for one of the largest asset management firms, deploying 80+ people across US, Brazil, and India
- Co-led sales through execution of large-scale PM/PMO/BA-managed services offered at a Global WM firm, reducing the project delivery cost by 40%. Developed a scalable, semi-automated execution model and led a global team of 80+ members (US, UK, Switzerland and India), driving the delivery of 150+ programs of $400M+ value, servicing 3800+ resources
- Led a team of 50+ consultants to work directly with the CAO of the world’s largest custodian and asset servicing firm to perform a comprehensive risk assessment of the top 25 third-party providers (400+ services) and develop an AI-enabled, scalable model to assess/monitor risk from the remaining 450+ providers
- Advised the COO and CIO of a top U.S. regional bank to deploy AI and automation at scale across the enterprise. Collaborated with the senior leadership across all functions to identify business cases and pilot the top 10 use cases to add 12% to 17% in top-line growth and 7% to 10% in cost savings.
