Preston has practiced public accounting since 2012 and began his career with the firm in the assurance services practice where he focused on mid-market clients in the technology, aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, and utility industries. He provided accounting services such as revenue recognition, consolidations advisory, goodwill impairment valuation, and business combinations consulting.
In 2016, Preston’s experience with mergers and acquisitions allowed him to transition to the transaction advisory practice where he works on both buy-side and sell-side deals across multiple industries providing M&A consulting, financial due diligence and quality of earnings reports.
