Preston has in-depth knowledge and experience with corporate business development, buy- and sell-side investment markets, capital allocation strategies, GAAP and SEC filings, governance, corporate debt structuring, and risk management policies and procedures.
- Led corporate finance, accounting and risk management functions for private equity, family owned and publicly traded companies
- Served as the CFO for a regional developer and construction company
- Managed $1.3 billion in equity and debt financing transactions through private placements, commercial banking, private credit and public capital markets, $750 million in acquisitions and divestitures, and financial communication efforts to institutional investors for multiple strategic transactions including a $2 billion spin-off for a portfolio of businesses
