
Pam is a director with Baker Tilly’s financial advisory practice. Beginning her career in audit around 2012, Pam has extensive public accounting and advisory experience working with clients across a variety of industries as an extension of their finance and accounting team.
- Extensive experience assisting clients in purchase accounting, accurate financial reporting, process improvements, accounting policies and procedures, internal controls and other accounting advisory
- Strong financial reporting and internal control background including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting (10-Q/K)
- Leads monthly close processes including preparation/review of reconciliations, analytical review and more
- Performs transaction readiness and financial due diligence support by collaborating closely with a company’s advisors and participating in sell side diligence meetings, organizing and responding to requests, preparing consolidated financial statements, performing budget versus actual analysis and creating proforma financials
- Performs pre and post merger integration tasks
- Experience with implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboarding, cash forecasting and other various tools to aid management decisions in day-to-day decision making
- Knowledge of technical areas under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) including inventories, deferred taxes, business combinations, stock options/incentive plans, debt, revenue recognition, leases and more
- Serves as one of the main client contacts to ensure the Baker Tilly project team and the client are in sync on objectives and the plan to meet those objectives
