Olya is a director with Baker Tilly's international tax practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and in providing international tax services to a variety of clients. Olya has worked on structuring international operations with inbound and outbound public and privately held companies. She has helped guide clients through changes under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, such as section 951A (GILTI), section 250 (FDII), section 163(j) (interest expense limitation) and section 245A (foreign dividends received deduction).
