Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Nicki spent more than 10 years at an international firm serving audit clients in many different industries, including not-for-profits, healthcare providers, public sector and financial services.

- Experience auditing large investment portfolios and assisting clients with developing fair valuation policies and procedures
- Assists clients with financial statement preparation
- Assists clients with implementation of new accounting standards
- Specializes in assisting clients with accounting research in relation to complex accounting topics, including business combinations, consolidations and valuation
- Past and current experience serving on audit committees and boards of directors of not-for-profit organizations, and hands-on experience advising these organizations regarding their day-to-day operations and financial policies and procedures
