Michelle has practiced public accounting since 1999. She oversees assurance engagements and consulting projects ranging from early-stage start-ups, private equity backed entities, as well as public companies. She serves technology and software firms, manufacturing and distribution companies, and mining clients.
Michelle provides technical support on complex accounting issues and advises on revenue recognition, inventory, stock-based compensation, impairment matters, intangibles and goodwill, as well as business combinations.
